FRANK
G. SEITZ, ESQ.
Frank
G. Seitz is a founding member of Demaree & Seitz, LLC. He received
his B.A. in Language and International Trade from Clemson University
in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of
Law in 1997.
While
attending law school, Mr. Seitz was awarded an academic scholarship
for exceptional academic performance and the Achievement Award in
the Study of Securities and Corporate Planning. He also served as
an articles editor for the St. Thomas Law Review.
The
primary focus of Mr. Seitz's practice is on estate planning, estate
administration, elder law and asset protection. Mr. Seitz's goal
is to help clients minimize the dissipation of wealth while assisting
them make difficult and importance decisions regarding their healthcare
and financial well-being. Mr. Seitz also advises clients in the
areas of business formation, business purchases and sales, real
estate and bankruptcy.
His
clients range in size from individuals and small “Mom &
Pop” businesses to medium size companies. Mr. Seitz has spoken
on several occasions to groups about Medicaid Planning, Living Wills,
Powers of Attorney and Special Needs Trusts.
Mr.
Seitz is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S.
District Court, District of New Jersey and is a New Jersey Court
Certified Mediator. He is also a member of several professional,
business and community organizations including the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Ocean County Bar Association,
New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association,
American Bar Association, ABA Business Law Section, NJSBA Elder
and Disability Law Section and NJSBA Real Property, Probate and
Trust Law Section. |
